The program consists of seven modules, each covering a key aspect of resilience. You will have access to online lectures, videos, quizzes, exercises, and case studies that will help you master the concepts and skills. You will also have the opportunity to interact with other leaders in your cohort and your instructor through online forums and live sessions. Individual student preparation includes reading assignments, watching relevant videos, and answering/reflecting upon questions. Virtual sessions provide exercise understanding of applicable factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural (how) knowledge. Virtual sessions leverage your unique leader/follower experience and perspectives. By the end of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion that you can add to your resume and portfolio. You will also have a toolkit of resilience resources that you can use and share with your team and organization.
